Visa Information & Invitation Letter
Visa and entry requirements for Korea depend on each participant's nationality, passport type, travel route, and length of stay. Participants are responsible for checking the latest visa and entry requirements before departure.
General Visa Information
Foreign nationals entering the Republic of Korea are generally required to hold a valid passport and, unless eligible for visa-free entry, a valid Korean visa. Participants who are not eligible for visa-free entry should apply for an appropriate visa through the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their country or region.

Jeju Visa-Free Entry
Jeju Island operates a special visa-free entry policy for many international visitors. Under this policy, eligible travelers, including Chinese nationals, may enter Jeju without a Korean visa for a short-term stay, provided that they arrive directly in Jeju from abroad and remain within Jeju during their stay.
Because visa and entry policies may change, all participants should confirm the latest requirements through official Korean government sources before making travel plans.
Invitation Letter
Participants who require an official invitation letter for visa application, university travel approval, or other administrative purposes may request one by contacting easiam2026@gmail.com after completing conference registration and full payment.
