Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for a visa application, university travel approval, or another administrative purpose may contact easiam2026@gmail.com. Participants who need an English receipt may also contact the same email address.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations received by 11:59 p.m. Korea Standard Time (KST) on August 20, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellations received at or after 12:00 a.m. KST on August 21, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
