Recently reopened after refurbishment, Manjanggul Lava Tube is a volcanic cave whose naturally cool air offers a welcome break from Jeju's summer heat. Along the approximately one-hour round-trip walking route, visitors can see distinctive lava-flow patterns, volcanic landforms, and a massive lava column that reveals the island's geological history.

Emerald water, white sand, and coastal views
Hamdeok Beach and Seoubong
Hamdeok Beach is one of eastern Jeju's best-known beaches, celebrated for its clear emerald water and white sand. Seoubong, a volcanic cone beside the beach, and the nearby coastal trail and grassy park provide panoramic views of the shoreline and the surrounding landscape.
